What is your return policy for helmets and body armor?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been worn during a ride or shows signs of impact.
Do you offer a warranty on Leatt products?
Yes, all Leatt products are covered by a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for international orders?

How should I clean and maintain my neck brace and armor?
Most of our hard-shell gear can be cleaned with mild soap and a damp cloth. Removable fabric liners should be hand-washed in cold water and air-dried. Avoid using high heat or harsh chemicals, as they can degrade the integrity of the protective foam.
